"For the size of the room, could do with more storage space, a wardrobe or at least a shelf to store clothes on. Had a rail with hangers, but no where to put anything else. Also could have done with a bedside table for drinks etc as only table was the other side of the room."

The woman who I asked responded in a rather rude way in my opinion, as if what I was asking for was ridiculous. Hostels normally have these things so a polite no would have been appreciated. The shower smelled weird like damp clothes when I first checked in, but they addressed it as soon I I told them about it."
