Staff were very nice but moved slowly and occasionally seemed unsure of how things worked. Room had a dirty floor but otherwise clean. Location was excellent and property was new and convenient.

The rooms are clean & adequate for a short stay. The staff are polite and responsive. The food is NOT upto expected standards of its sister hotels. More pride in their work from the chefs would help

No laundry service self service was available. The king bed was two twin beds pushed together. When stains on the curtains and smell in the room was reported to front desk. They sent someone to check it out only to offer room spray. Beautiful bar area but very disappointed in the overall stay.
